Maintaining the buildings, grounds, pond, pool and a pleasant quality of life for all residents is a priority.  In 2015, one building was painted, dying trees were removed, new trees planted, and asphalt was repaired and seal coated.  During 2016, another building will be painted, landscape improvements will continue, and there are plans for improvements at the pool.
